Do you provide tracking for orders?
Unfortunately, not at the moment. However, we are working on more shipping options, especially as the shop grows."
How long will it take for me to get my order?
On average, you should get your order within the next 3-5 busiiness days if you are in the continental U.S. For international orders, it will vary depending on your location and can possibly take up to a month.
If you do not receive your order after 1 week for domestic and 3 weeks for international. Please contact Jivy at jivylifestudio@gmail.com.
Are the stickers waterproof?
Stickers that are water resistant are labeled in the description. The die cut stickers and most of the sticker sheets are water and scratch resistant, but are not meant for outside use such as car decals. They are not diish washer safe and we recommend washing gently by hand.
Returns & Cancellations
Physical & Digital Products
Physical and digital orders are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Cancellations are only possible within the first hour of purchase, after that, all sales are final. Please send an email to JivyLifeStudio@gmail.com with your order number to cancel within the first hour. Once the order is shipped, cancellations, returns, and refunds are not accepted.
All products will be sent undamaged and properly, and we will not be responsible for any damages in the mail.

Mail Club / Membership Cancellations
Mail Club Memberships can be joined and cancelled at any time. To get a refund the month's mailer, please cancel before the 13th of the month since mailers will go out the 15th. If you're not able to cancel before your mailer goes out, please message Jivy at JivyLifeStudio@gmail.com.
Donations and Tips Cancellation Policy
Please note that donations and tips are non-cancellable and non-refundable. Once you have completed your checkout for donations or tips, we cannot cancel or refund it.
Locked Messages Refund Policy
Locked messages are non-refundable. Once you have completed your checkout payment, we cannot cancel or refund your locked message. If you have issues accessing the locked message after payment, please contact us at jivy-shop@support.fourthwall.com. We’ll be happy to troubleshoot the problem and find a resolution for you.
Concerns, Questions, & Inquires
If you have any concerns or questions about your order, please email Jivy at JivyLifeStudio@gmail.com. If you have a product quality issue, please include a clear picture showing the issue of the product and include the order number in the email.
International Orders
International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, and other customs charges. The charges vary by country, and at this time, we are unable to calculate them in advance. For more information regarding your country’s customs policies, please contact your local customs office. If such a fee indeed gets imposed on your package, you are responsible for its payment.
